Urban Cities don’t have a Crisis Concerning Teenage Crime? Urban Cities have a crisis with Black Absentee Fathers!! This has led to their children committing Crimes as well as having Bad Behavior at home and in their schools. This is the #1 ‘Root Cause’ for Black Teenage Crime and Bad Behavior. After slavery all the way up thru the 1960’s, only about 25% of Black Households had an Absentee Father. Today, roughly 75% of Black Homes have an Absentee Father.
The Father’s role in the family is to provide “Righteous Leadership” for his wife and children. Crime and Bad Behavior is at an all-time high today as a result of Fatherless Black Boys venting their anger, sadness, and regret at not having their Fathers in their lives.
My Mentoring Process in this book has successfully changed the trajectory of many lives by providing them with positive direction and hope. By doing so, this has caused many misguided Teenage Boys to renew their minds concerning Crime and Bad Behavior.
